We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive merchandise that is damaged please contact us and we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to offer store credit for the purchase amount minus tax and shipping upon receipt of your returned item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning items to Aunt Kim's Attic. All returns require prior authorization and you should contact Aunt Kim's Attic at 205-602-9605 within 3 days of your receipt of the products you wish to return.
Please understand that all handmade items are unique and vary slightly from the patterns or pictures shown on the website. We make every effort to minimize flaws and deliver your products in perfect condition. Items that have been customized were created just for you. Therefore we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and the products you receive from us. Please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve any issues that may arise.
